"The hotel is well appointed, clean, safe, and has character. The staff were more than friendly and helpful, they were also professional. I appreciated that I could drop my bags off before check-in due to my early arrival. The location is perfect, right near the Old Town Square and a short walk to transit. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. I was there for a weekend and it was a bit loud at night but I wear earplugs so I slept well. The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the water and the mini-fridge. My only suggestion would be to have some facial tissue/Kleenex in the room. I’d definitely stay here again. "
