"The spa is downright false advertising. The hotel website has a whole page about the spa, featuring various steam rooms, etc, and saying the wellness area is open starting 8 in the morning. The reality is that all wellness facilities remained closed in the morning with the exception of a lukewarm bathtub sized whirlpool even after we complained to the hotel manager. Given that we picked this hotel because of the spa this was quite a turnoff. The room and the hotel bar were all right."

"Spacious, clean and comfortable room with balcony looking out towards the lifts. Very convenient for the ski lifts, town, supermarket and restaurants. Parking right outside. Great ski/boot room. Good breakfast. Nice to have the Spa and pool on site. Very helpful staff. "
