"Positives: the pools are great for kids and the restaurant has good quality food. Negatives: the beds are VERY hard so we didn't get a single nights good sleep during our stay. Also there was an incredibly loud party behind the hotel two nights in a row so our kids had to move to our room (we're talking nightclub-level loudness...) "Not sure why this place has a 4 star rating, a 3-star rating is being nice. While it’s close to the beach and the house keeping staff were amazing, that’s about all the nice things I can say. The check in staff was rude and basically threw us our key and didn’t explain anything. We got yelled at for parking near our room after being told to park there to unload our bags ourselves. While there is a private beach for the hotel, they don’t tell you beforehand hand that you have to pay to use it....
