"Overall, a great few days at this hotel. Negatives - mattress was a little hard for me. The afternoon tea was a little disappointing, the sandwiches were a little crispy around the edges where they hadn’t been made to order and the scones were overcooked. However, positives far outweighed the negatives. The receptionist was extremely friendly on arrival. Every member of staff we met were welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to please. The front of house for breakfast were exceptional....
