Our train from London was delayed and so we were 2 hours delayed from our expected time. The lady at reception was so kind! We called from the train station and she reassured us we would be fine! "Too far from Paris. Was charged for breakfast. Then there was that surprise at the end about paying $100 in taxes I knew nothing about. Nobody spoke English and cheap tickets advertise they speak English. Also the pool was locked and we could not use it."

"Great place to stay for disney. Theres a bus direct to and from the park every half hour for only 2.50 each way. Accommodation has everything we needed it was not the best condition but cant complain for the reasonable price. The parc was lovely to walk around. Overall its a great location "

We called ahead of time asking if we could drop our luggage off early morning and head straight to park. No problem we were told. "Extremely disappointed... The night before arrival I called Hotels.com to 'specifically' ask if this facility had a restaurant & bar and I quote, "That would be open" - unquote... This was asked because I knew we would arrive late so too late to try local facilities, our actual arrival was 9.10 pm... Upon arrival, (when they 'eventually' opened the locked reception door as we stood outside in the poring rain), I was told the restaurant & bar are closed Friday to Monday...! There is...
