We needed to ship some items back to the states and they went above and beyond to assist us this is! They found boxes for us, created shipping labels and communicated with the post office to make sure everything was correct. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the lake shore shopping area where you find restaurants, shops and the water ferry. Beautiful area to visit and I hope to return some...
