"Location is very convenient but you don’t have any good view. Few blocks away from downtown so if you like quite place this is for you. The staff are very kind and friendly. Dinner restaurant Travola also has good food with reasonable price. "

"The Staff were excellent. Very friendly and always happy to help. We didn't like the bed arrangement as the sheets were to small to tuck in and constantly wound come off. The doova cover was the same, constantly coming off. And the room smelt like they sprayed so much disinfectant around the chemical smell was making us feel sick. It smelt like it had been sprayed on our pillows... it was everywhere. They need to stop spraying that stuff everywhere and just clean the room as it makes you feel...

"Dejé olvidado un artículo de valor en la habitación el día del check-out que desde el momento que me di cuenta me comuniqué con el hotel con la Total confianza de recuperarlo pero sencillamente se perdieron y no hicieron nada al respecto pareciera que no les importa y me parece grave que en el hotel se pierdan las cosas. Personalmente no me da confianza que teniendo la certeza de que están en la habitación una vez habiendo salido de la misma no encuentren y sencillamente se pierdan las cosas....

"Very modern hotel. Beautiful views of the Lake and it is at edge of the Lake Nahuel Huapi. Absolutely Beautiful! The employees are very attentive and smiles in their faces. Breakfast is excellent. Lots of pastries at the Argentinian style, beside fruits and cold cuts."
