"For car drivers a handy location for A21, M25, M20 etc. 5 minutes to Tunbridge Wells (not at rush hour). The hospital is virtually next door and a 5 minute walk to the fantastic Black Horse pub and restaurant in Pembury. The hotel room felt a little tired and could do with a freshen up. "

"Stunning pub, restaurant superb and the rooms were amazing, clean and very comfortable. The only downfall was the tv in the room didn’t work. Reported first thing this morning and they had a replacement straight away. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend "

"We had a great stay at the hotel, the room was comfortable, good range of tea and coffees. There was no running water when we checked in (and disappointing that we weren't told this at the check.in desk) but it was resolved within the hour. No robe and towel for the spa in the room so we had to dash back and forth there. The spa should close at 8pm on Saturdays but we were asked to leave at 7.40.
