"Stayed at the Sandos Benidorm Suites on many occasions and enjoyed every visit. All staff are very friendly and welcoming, good choice of food in the restaurant or there’s the snack bar during the day. "I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it."

"Next door Tika bar was very loud until 7am every night made worse by some guy shouting outside it all the time. We complained and got a room change opposite side of the hotel but still heard the same guy for our 4 night's shouting and waking us up, so we had very little sleep. Gym was very tired dumbbells jumped from 17.5kg to 50kg nothing in between plus no aircon so it was crazy hot inside. The aircon wasn't working in the corridors outside the rooms either.
