"I really liked my stay. The Room was very cozy, neat and had a balcony which was perfect. The Service was incredible. They had also food served in their restaurant and all the dishes were authentic and delicious. The Staff were super friendly and were very helpful in guiding me the attractions to visit. "Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"Im grossen und ganzen ganz gut. Sauber und modernes Hotel. Bar um am Abend noch etwas zu trinken ist nicht wirklich einladend. Die Auswahl, wenn man kein Alkohol trinkt ist dürftig. Auch haben wir eine kleine Aufenthaltsecke vermisst, wo man ausserhalb des Zimmers sich aufhalten könnte. Essenszeitspanne für Frühstück und Nachtessen ist sehr knapp und das Checkout um 10:00 ist relativ früh. Wer dies aber nicht stört bekommt eine saubere Unterkunft mit allem was man für einen funktionellen...

"I booked this hotel at the last moment without knowing much about the area, other than I was going Obergurgl to ski. I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted by Rebekka who walked me through all of the hotel amenities while serving me a welcome beverage. She handled every detail of my stay, including arranging my four day ski pass. The hotel if beautifully appointed in the Alpine style. I didn't know what "half board" meant when I booked the hotel...it means that dinner, as well as...

"This was a great place to stay , friendly staff who spoke good English and really wanted you to enjoy staying at there hotel . They had a underground car park which was safe and clean and was ideal for my motorbike. The Spa was amazing and the hotel is situated in a wonderful beautiful valley The food was excellent as well and reasonably priced "
