"This is an extraordinary hotel, a colourful and unique oasis in the middle of bustling kochi. The rooms were beautiful and large and cool with a hot shower and comfortable beds. The pool and communal areas were also gorgeous and tranquil. Breakfast was fine, a good selection. Staff were great also. The afternoon snacks were delightful and a really appreciated extra. The fresh lime soda from the bar was amazing. It is quite noisy as it is in the middle of the town so cars horns and dog barking...

More information needs to be provided during the check-in process about the hotel policies on hot water, cleaning and facilities timings to avoid misunderstandings. The restaurant manager was most helpful and the food served was freshly made and tasty. There were some flys in the restaurant which could have been avoided by plugging in an insect repellent.
