"The rooms were clean and comfortable and the desk staff was great. Most of the other staff members did not speak English, so that was a big challenge. The restaurant was nice but food was just ok. "Don’t let the name fool you. This place has nothing to do with wellness. Knew Iit was a scam when I had to pass by an employee smoking at the entrance. No internet, uncomfortable mattress about 5” thick that overhung the bed. NOISY!!!!! Who has tile hallways in a hotel? "Picture Butlins in the 70s, the place was like a childrens camp some form of PGL maybe. It was really weird the owners have an obsession with gnomes, bunting and hand painted animal signs.
