"The hotel is very well maintained. For guests needing a lift, be aware it is small and slow. The food provided very good and fresh,. The location is ok, typical tourist area. Near other places to eat and drink and supermarket, ATM's, bus routes. If you like the beach, be aware this is limited on this part of the coast and steps down from path above. "Second time we have stayed here. Meets all our needs "

"The hotel complex was well maintained with clean and clear pathways. The buildings and rooms were modern though showed some signs of wear and tear, but all facilities worked to the level expected. Our room was lovely, actually a suite, with a personal pool which was wonderful. Food options were plentiful and varied at both breakfast and dinner. Staff were all polite and helpful and friendly."

"Property seems very kid friendly, which is nice, but as we did not bring our children this trip, it was loud and overwhelming with kids running all over. Often difficult to get spots at the pool as well. We almost decided to go next door to the Nana Princess instead. Food was pretty good. Facilities have plumbing issues given the smells in the bathroom. Was not pleasant. Good value but not luxury. Live and learn"

"Nice hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. If you have mobility issues don't pick this hotel as lots of steps up and down and their shuttle service to the beach and town is limited. I use crutches and found it a struggle to get around and felt trapped in a pretty prison. My room was spotless and serviced every day as was the hotel. "

"Overall this was a nice stay, the hotel has been designed and built very well. It's built on the side of a hill and as such, the higher you go, the better the view. The view over Ierapetra city at night is amazing. The only comment on the room is that the lighting could do with being better at the bathroom mirror and the wardrobe needs more shelves / drawers. We got a warm welcome on check in but rarely got a welcome at other times. Often no acknowledgement of arriving for breakfast or dinner....

The rooms are adequate, may be not 4* and quite dark, certainly not as they appear on the website. Breakfast is ok but is the same every day and after a week is a bit repetitive. "Stayed for a week, in a beautiful location, town was quiet however expected this time of year. Lovely sandy beach nearby. All staff were friendly and helpful, rooms modern and cleaned regularly. Really enjoyed both breakfast & evening meals. Hotel maybe just a little too quiet for us but otherwise perfect"
