"We had a nice stay at this hotel; friendly staff, nice food, good sized bedroom and lovely views. We had a standard turret bedroom and whilst it was spacious, the en suite was really small and felt like a shower had been squeezed into a room that used to be a toilet room. There was no space to swing an earwig let alone a cat! The toilet had a cigarette burn on it and the lid on the plastic cistern didn’t fit on the tank. "The hospitality shown by Jeanette and Steve was great. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was plentiful and there was ample parking. The walk into the town was around 10/15 minutes and the bus stop to Pen-Y-Pass car park for the Pyg/Miners track was literally just outside the door - £7 each return.
