"Levels was amazing! Its quaint atmosphere was so very inviting and the staff was truly so hospitable and AMAZING! The rooms were clean, spacious and the views were out of this world. We were provided exceptional service from Kumara, Rasika,Thilina, Sehan yasmka and chef sujith. They were friendly and kind, and the food prepared by chef Sujith was so so delicious — authentic Sri Lankan food to innovative new creations, he can do it all. "I spent 2 blissful nights relaxing here in a panoramic ocean view room which definitely lived up to its name with spectacular views free rom large windows and a balcony. The restaurant and rooftop bar/ lounge are super friendly and the live music on one night was amazing! The infinity rooftop pool was refreshing and again... those views is Hotel has an elevator which is an added bonus too and there is a free shuttle to Jungle Beach!"

Easy access to local beach bars, restaurants, the train station, etc. Walk, tuk tuk, book a car via the hotel. "I loved the location which was on the beach and it was a great view to see surfers surfing. Loved the food and the music wasn't too loud. I can't remember the name of the gentlemen staff but he spoke good English and was Sri Lankan who used to work in the middle east. He really really made us feel welcome and comfortable. "One of few hotels with its almost private beach. Boutique but a little rough around the edges - so what if nothing is perfect - this isn’t Maldives. Great food, really friendly staff. No loud music and respectful guests. They are offering a great product, that’s why guests return. Easy tuktuk to busier area and boats to take you elsewhere. We were genuinely sad to leave. "

"Great location far enough away from Mirissa. Peaceful and welcoming staff. Difficult to find a spot to swim in the ocean but possible to take a dip. Hotel pool wasn’t cleaned early enough for us to swim one morning (not open until after 8). Sri Lankan brekkie available as well as eggs and Gandon’s style, serving sizes were very generous. "
