I really appreciated the uniqueness personally and it's nice that there was a gym/pool etc. Minor downside, no iron or ability to iron which is a frustration for a business traveller staying there only one night. The pool is tiny, worn, with many broken tiles and very little or next to nothing in terms of a space to sun bath and relax whilst offering no privacy from the street. "Great service by reception, restaurant and bar staff. The spa area which we had been looking forward to using was crammed with children and toddlers who were using the area as a splash park. Children were also using the gym and the sauna unaccompanied by parents. There was no supervision of this area by hotel staff.
