"This property is in a little town in Northern Italy that we chose so we could get to Trieste, Venice, Croatia and Slovenia all is less than one hour driving. The accommodations were so authentic and very well appointed. We loved the small village, the restaurants there as well as the winery. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Italy. We all loved the home and the people that ran it. Such a beautiful and safe environment. "

"Pluspunkte: Sehr saubere Unterkunft und ruhige weitläufige Anlage. Sehr großer und schöner Poolbereich! Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und der Beachshuttle funktioniert zuverlässig. Der Strandabschnitt der Anlage war auch tadellos. Schöne Balkone in Ost und Nordausrichtung. Ordentliche Klimatisierung. Negativ: Die Bäder waren sehr klein und ohne Ablagemöglichkeit für mehr als einen Zahnputzbecher. Eher unbequem. Es waren leider keine drei Schlafzimmer, sondern nur 2 vollwertige Schlafzimmer...

"Personal sehr bemüht. Hatten mehrfach etwas zu beanstanden (Wäschepaket, Strom, kleinere Reparatur) Ansicht ein sehr schöner Platz im Schatten....leider war bei Ankunft erstmal die Terrassengarnitur zu reinigen, da mit Vogelkot verdreckt. Das war kein schöner erster Eindruck! Mobilheim schon sehr eng und spartanisch ausgestattet für so viel Geld....."

"Grande maison confortable mais dont certains équipements ne sont pas en adéquation avec la taille : réfrigérateur trop petit, absence d'aspirateur, absence de plat pour aller au four. Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont bruyantes la nuit (circulation de voitures, motos, tracteurs...). La grande table extérieure bien abritée du soleil est très agréable. Propriétaire sympathique, réactive et fournissant des adresses de sites touristiques, gastronomie ou autres..."

"The house had plenty of room and everything we needed for our short stay. There is plenty of parking that feels safe in the area. David the owner was pleasant and helpful. The town was a good base for us (about an hour and a half from Venice ) and we enjoyed a couple of nice meals there. The local bells seem to chime every hour and some - they didn't disturb most of the group though................"

"Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, solche Ferienwohnungen findet man selten in Italien. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge nach Udine, Slowenien, Triest, Venedig. Die Wohnung hat Terrasse und Garten und Zugang zum Schloßpark. Wir waren bei Temperaturen bis 37°C dort. Es gibt eine zentrale Klimaanlage, die vollkommen ausreicht für angenehme Temperaturen innen. Es war alles sehr sauber (bis auf den Kühlschrank). Das Doppelbett war etwas schaukelig und durchgelegen. Das Einzelbett ist nicht mehr wie...

"Wir haben uns in dem interessanten alten Haus für 3 Tage sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gibt sehr viel Platz. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Zum Glück gab es in den Schlafräumen Klimaanlagen. Über das Frühstück durch die Gastgeber haben wir uns sehr gefreut."

"Das Haus ist super toll, gepflegt und liegt in einer schönen Gegend. Auch der Garten beim Haus ist toll gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. In direkter Nähe ist ein kleiner Laden, eine Pizzeria und ein Cafe vorhanden, und das Haus ist trotzdem ländlich gelegen. Ausflüge nach Grado oder Marina Julia zum Baden sind genauso möglich, wie Stadtbesichtigungen. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit der ganze Familie."

Großes Haus mit gut ausgestatteter Küche (Backofen könnte etwas größer sein), verschiedenste Sitz- und Aufenthaltsgelegenheiten, wunderschöne große Terrasse (leider zur Zeit sehr Schnaken-lastig, das Haus selbst hat aber hervorragende Fliegengitter).
