Having flown all night, we were clearly struggling a bit, and without us even having to ask, they informed us that they would prioritize getting a room cleaned quickly so we could check in early and briefly recuperate before the rest of our day. "A very pleasant surprise, a much better stay than expected. Room was large and spacious, and clean. Good amenities and a very comfortable stay. Bathrooms could be upgraded to include a walk in shower, that would be my only gripe. Hotel located in a good area, with lots of food nearby. Métro is a 10min walk away, gets you to the main places. Tram was close by but we didn’t have time to use them. "

"We stayed in a family room at this hotel (2 adults, a 2 year old and a 5 month old). The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from Grand Place and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were really impressed with the check in process. Our room was ready before 3pm and the staff member checking us in was very nice. She even gave our daughters a little toy each, which they absolutely loved. When we got to our room we noticed that the cot beds we had requested were not there but...
