"I had to move rooms next day as the door was burst open in bathroom could not close no privacy and all the water would not flush away in in sink blocked had move I’m disabled and did not need this I was exhausted and the building work was horrendous workers every where banging since 8 in the morning there was notice from the hotel to warn us I should be compensated for this through hotels .com shocking "
