"The service from valet to front desk to restaurant and housekeeping was amazing!! Could use an update. Carpet bubbling and doors are heavy and loud. We had no hot water and the refrigerator we requested did not work. Amazing location and easy to get to. Overall a good stay if you don’t mind Luke warm showers. "

"Some things were missed cleaning. On arrival there was an unflushed BM in the toilet making the house smell. They were quite apologetic and offered to send a housekeeper but it didn’t work with our schedule. The drains in the showers also didn’t seem well cleaned and a towel left was soured in the washer. The rest of the house felt clean and comfortable. It was a wonderfully historic feel and comfortable so overall I was happy with the stay and would just ask they inspect closer. "
