"Let me start out by saying getting to the Hotel is not the easiest. The hotel will send you a message telling you to call when you get to the area and they will guide you in a GPS will not navigate inside the city. What the message should include is "Via Vittorio Veneto, 44, 70022 Altamura BA, Italy" this is the entrance. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and helpful. "We had a great stay. It is comfortable and quiet place. The breakfast is very good. Staff at the reception and Restaurant are polite and friendly. I would definetely stay here again. It would have been nice to be able to eat at the Restaurant, however we are not late evening eaters, so we had to pass that because of the late Restaurant hours. Also it would have been nice to be able to enjoy the pool a little longer than 7pm., as they close for evening pretty early. All in all a very place to...

The cool evenings would have made it ok except the high speed train is directly behind the hotel and you can’t open the massive doors to the balcony unless you want to listen the rail barreling by without a pattern so could not even anticipate the weird sound like the war of the worlds train scene. The food and grounds were very nice."
