Getting the key is a little troublesome, the staff is in only between 9 am till 5 p.m. Some improvement would be needed. No answers to the email. With all of that, I would recommend this property."

"I very rarely leave reviews but this was such a great stay I had to. Lovely location, in cool Palermo surrounded by contemporary bars and restaurants. Fantastic hospitality. A complimentary upgrade and bottle of wine. Wonderful breakfast in the serene patio area. "
