"Hotel was lovely. Restaurant and bars were very nice and had a good vibe. Rooms were nice and clean. Dog was allowed everywhere so could sit in restaurant at dinner etc. would return if staying in Rotterdam. Bus stop very close to hotel, so good transport links to the centre."

There’s a food hall just opposite with a range of options. Food options in the hotel only open until 9.30 and no room service option after that. Excellent views from the terrace on the 7th floor. "

"My stay was let down by a very unhelpful and rude member of the bar staff. I have a food allergy and asked for the allergen list. He stated that they don't have one... He wasn't at all interested in helping and claimed that none of the food had the allergen that I have (false). His attitude was one of I don't want to help, I don't want to look for the list, tough!
