"The staff was extremely friendly, professional and everything was perfect. The deluxe room was more than enough for myself, my wife and my 7 month old daughter. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of different food. We’ll be back soon!"

"I got the Junior suite room for my 4 day stay. The room was very big and spacious. It had a nice TV, sofa, working table and chairs, a Jacuzzi. The room amenities and the breakfast was also good. However, being a 4 star hotel I would expect more. For example, the wifi signal was extremely poor and not coming from the bed. The room was very dusty. Especially curtains, sofa, the table tops seems to be very dusty. There were stain marks on the lamp shades. Some of the lights were not working. The...

"We love Hotel Flora! We first stayed at the hotel in 2022 and again this October. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, and shopping. It is quiet and clean. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and it is a bonus to have a restaurant as well that serves very good food. The staff are very professional and helpful. We will be back!"

"Beautifully maintained property (inside and out); incredibly helpful and friendly staff all around, special thank you to the cleaning crew for the wonderful job. "Positive : Room was big and bathrooms are good . House keeping was done everyday . Negative : Swimming pool water was clean but surrounded by so many bugs and lizards . It was not convenient to swim in it . Breakfast was not very fresh . We were also asked to pay for swim towels which was very odd. Room carpet was not clean . "

"Stayed for a week at this property with our family. Wonderful place with a lot of greenery and a very well maintained pool. We also used the shuttle service to go to the nearby beach and it was great too. The furnishings in the room were up to date and the air conditioning worked very well. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience "

"Very clean and stylish hotel. Star taken off for the fact that we had 2 twin beds pushed together rather than a double and it was supposed to be a superior room. Having said that our stay was lovely. Also sometimes, particularly during breakfast, it felt quite unorganised. No plates, incorrect cutlery etc, no snp. Saying all that we would definitely return. "We really enjoyed our stay at T-Hotel. The checkin was very efficient. We liked the sunken bar snack area. The staff there were very efficient and friendly. A minor problem with the closet hinge was fixed quickly. Parking across the street in underground parking was excellent. A great stay !"
