"Positive : Room was big and bathrooms are good . House keeping was done everyday . Negative : Swimming pool water was clean but surrounded by so many bugs and lizards . It was not convenient to swim in it . Breakfast was not very fresh . We were also asked to pay for swim towels which was very odd. Room carpet was not clean . "

This was not an independent taxi company but a service from the hotel. Staff, especially at breakfast can’t speak English. So my experience was rather disappointing. "

I was happily-greeted by two very pleasant reception staff who expedited my check-in & took me to my room, showing each area. "Fantastic location, room and staff! Room was clean and quiet, well decorated and a great location. Beautiful grounds and the staff was always helpful when we had questions. Checked in late, but they still served us dinner in the restaurant. Good food too. Good breakfast in the morning. Wonderful stay. Would stay there again in the future."
