"All the staff are gentle and friendly, I stayed for 3days in Dunedin, all were good except the weather but all staff in this hotel gave me a good info and service. It’s close to most monuments around the Octagon where the centre of the city and some facilities. ex) a supermarket and so on. But if you drive, you must check whether a book a parking spot at the hotel can be available or not! "

"We stayed at Distinction @ Dunedin for the last 2 nights of the trip. The hotel is modern, clean and centrally located, and the breakfast was great. As our stay coincided with my husband’s 65th birthday, we received a good room upgrade and a little gift that came with a greeting card. The kind gestures were very well appreciated. "We had to detour to Dunedin and find a last minute hotel. We grabbed Amross last minute on Expedia. It was quite nice, would be expecially nice for longer stays as it has a full kitchen, large space, and parking. The owners, Barry and Donna, really showed pride in their motel, were very helpful, sent a welcome email and made sure that we booked the correct night. 5 stars aren't enough for them! Location is about 4 blocks from the main square and a couple blocks from the University. ...
