Disappointing as made a point of contacting the hotel to confirm what facilities we would get in the room which was confirmed and we were given the opposite. As this was celebrating our wedding anniversary we just stuck with it as we had lots planned and did not want the hassle of complaining on a celebration weekend"

The only complaint I have is that the room was very warm and we were unable to turn the heat down on the radiator and towel heater.
