"Staff ok but I couldn't sleep. At 5 am the house keeper started clean the room upstairs and made too much noise!!!"

"First, the gal at the front desk did not know about our reservation. I stood outside for close to an hour. Then, the reservation was not in the system. Finally, I had to email someone my reservation in order to receive the room. The room was dirty and the bathroom had mildew stains in the ceiling.
