"First, the gal at the front desk did not know about our reservation. I stood outside for close to an hour. Then, the reservation was not in the system. Finally, I had to email someone my reservation in order to receive the room. The room was dirty and the bathroom had mildew stains in the ceiling. Breakfast was limited to eggs, avocado, juice and that´s it. Will never go back again!!!!!!!"
