"Really helpful staff. My wife left her AirPods in the bedroom and the hotel found them after we left and arranged for them to be posted back to us. From a moment of despair to a moment of elation knowing that the hotel had gone out of their way to help us. Good food, a very clean bedroom and bathroom, plenty of parking spaces, good village and a pretty beach nearby. Thank you for looking after us."

Also, it would have been nice to have available cutlery for different elements of breakfast dishes, rather than having to reuse one set of cutlery for everything. Generally food and drink prices were high, even by hotel standards and portion sizes could have been more generous for the money charged. "Hotel was nice, but the location was shocking. Upon arrival at 4pm on Wednesday, we were greeted with a group of topless guys all drinking in groups at the entrance of the car park. This only got worse later in the day when the group got bigger. Lots of anti social behaviour including someone being chased with a knife outside just past midnight resulting in a police attendance and chase. All in all would not stay in Taunton again."
