"It's a small well equipped well maintained hotel with very helpful staff . The surrounding area is full of small hotels and restaurants which includes coffee bean, Starbucks and multiple Korean and a Vietnamese restaurant. A few small blocks away from Seokchon lake and Lotte tower and world. The room They gave me was An upgrade with very big TV and kings bed with a nice walk in shower . A very nice hotel with a fair price considering the location and quite safe. Oh and they even ran after me...

"Several plumbing issues ( No hot water, tub will not drain, had to shower with standing water in tub). Door locked from inside , would not open. Had to call front desk to open the door. Loose floor fittings . Vending machine was broken. Had to call front desk to fix."
