"This hotel by far was our best stay in Warsaw. We stayed at Raddison Blu, Hilton also and this one was superior to the others. Staff were super friendly and wanted to be helpful. The most amazing buffet breakfast by far, one of the best we have ever had in all Europe. Price was definitely great value for what you got and the hotel was easy with small children. The only thing that could be improved is increasing the size of the gym which was tiny with a handful of equipment offered"

"Our stay have been pleasant as always. Smooth check-in and check-out. Very polite and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and good size room. However, I have found the water filter jug instead of a water bottle ( even if it was not a complimentary gesture) unacceptable for 4* Accor property. The expectation of using a water drawn from the bathroom sink although filtered to drink is disturbing. Although the bathroom/ shower room was clean, there was a visible mould in between the tiles, which is...

"The hotel is conveniently located near the old town (walkable) and in an area where there are plenty of options for good dining. The rooms are of a comfortable size, were very clean and the bedding was also quite comfortable. The Teatro offers access to a nearby (right around the corner) fitness center with no additional cost. Overall a wonderful stay and would gladly stay there if i were back in Warsaw."

"Our room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable but very small. The staff were excellent and the sauna experience one of the best I've had."
