"The hotel itself is great. Modern, clean, quiet. Reception is not staffed on Saturday, so you have to check in at the Park Hotel and that is where breakfast was on Sunday. It’s not far, but not convenient. It’s walkable from the train station. Good breakfast. "

The room was a decent size, and although the hotel is older, the bathroom and room have been upgraded. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. We came at the end of summer season, so the town was very quiet and slow, but it was a perfect time for the end of our honeymoon. "

"The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke! "

"Spectacular view of the lake from the pool. Spa and pool were wonderful and not crowded, so it was very peaceful and relaxing and loved that there were waterbeds available to rest on. The meals were delicious, too. Friendly and helpful staff. "

I have a rather nice bed at home, but this new bed in the ski lodge was the best bed I have ever slept on! Just glorious night of sleep… and the resultant manger was spot on… his staff was flawless and kind, the food was flavorful and delightful."
