"My husband and I had an amazing anniversary at the Omni. The spa is beautiful and has many amenities to enjoy throughout the day, such as the sauna, steam room, and hot tub. We had a wonderful lunch at Stickney's and dinner at 1902. All of the staff were so professional and very pleasant to speak to. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their job. The room was fabulous with the high ceilings and seperate bathtub. We were in the presidential wing which is a bit of a trek, but worth it!"

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Gand Hotel. The service was amazing and the room and the hotel was very clean. Kids also enjoyed the pool inside and outside. Yes my kids went swimming outside in November in the heated pool! We are looking forward to do it again."

"It was only after we arrived at the property we were told that the pool and our jacuzzi were both out of order. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known before hand. We even ran out of hot water when taking showers at night. It seemed old and in need of many updates and the worst part is the general manager was not helpful at all. I wanted a full refund for showing up to a non functional hotel but the general manager only offered a coupon for a free weekend. It was the WORST experience...
