"The resort was beautiful. The beach, the pool were fantastic and the rooms were good. They offered some good excursions and the kids club team were great with our daughter. On the negative side, Andilana Beach Resort targets a very specific demographic, Italians. This should have been highlighted as everything was in Italian, including all the entertainment, which limited our enjoyment. The decor leads you to believe you are in a 5 star hotel, but the air con in the room is tiny, the room was never cold. The all inclusive buffet has lots of options however the taste is lacking. "The good: The lady at the front desk was very nice Needs improvement: Room and property were run down and a bit dirty, air conditioner was not powerful enough to actually cool the room, all four pools were green with algae, food was quite bad and there were few dining options (no room service, very limited ability to eat outside of the buffet)"

The staff, including Jerome and Ella, were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, while our airport shuttle driver made sure our journey to the lodge was seamless. Oceana and Roman went above and beyond in coordinating excellent tours for us—just be sure to bring Euros in cash for these adventures! The food at the resort was a culinary masterpiece, thanks to the incredible chef. Every meal was a delight and added to the unforgettable experience.
