" I stayed in mid-October, but I can't get a deposit refund until November. However, there is no e-mail address that can be contacted by the hotel anywhere. It takes about 20 minutes to send a shuttle to the airport when I contact the hotel at the purple pillar zone waiting for the hotel shuttle. "Beautiful hotel and the rooms had very little light allowed in when blinds are closed which is important to me. The shower was lukewarm and the TV went out but staff was very responsive and issues were resolved quickly. The restaurant downstairs was excellent and in a great part of town. Only issue is the noise as cars and big trucks rev their engines, spin tires, and blast huge music systems till 2am. I was there for a martial arts tournament so losing sleep was tough.
