The shops, restaurants etc where all closed. wee had one day of the booked 5 days where the weather was fine and most shops and restaurants reopened. We spend the time mostly reading and relaxing."

The customers had to fend for them selves, there was no information was shared for the hotel residents when there was a situation. I was with my 2 kids, it was quite challenging, when lifts were not working, we had to walk down 3 levels with bags, to get to our car to load the car to leave the premises. "
