"Good value for the room amenities, but the parking situation needs to be fixed. With it taking 3 or more passes and waiting long periods for a spot to open up, we ended up using Uber instead of our rental car because we feared that we'd not be able to get a spot to park later at night. There are way too few available spots for the number of rooms rented out. So it literally cost us over $30 in Uber fees to visit the free Festival of Lights which raises the overall cost of staying here. "

"Our room was available early which was great! Receptionist was welcoming and check in easy. The room was good, but the electronic door system for service didn’t work, so we had to ask late in the day for service. Room had everything we needed for our two day stay. Only cups,plates and glasses in room for snacks etc. Eat out all the time."
