The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. "The hotel did not recognize the reservation through Hotels.com. We were told this hotel does not do business with you. We spend quite a bit of time to clarify the matter. Finally, the manager looked in his computer system and found my name under a reservation made by Expedia. This was obviously a flaw in their system or ignorance of the front desk staff. "

"The property is lovely with very attentive staff. Great location between Lake Nakuru and Lake Elementaita to see all the birds! Flamingos were amazing and the guide from the camp was an expert on the birds and animals. Great food and we had a nice hot lunch packed for us on the all day safari!"
