"This property was nice but we were charged 100,000 VND for getting juice on a face cloth. Could have came out with washing. We were told that they tried to clean it and couldn’t which is why were charged, but this was false as the towel never left our room."

The facilities were great, room was very comfortable and the surrounding area was very walkable and an activity in itself. The welcome drinks, crystal sauna, and freebies the hotel offers is unbeatable. Id reccomend this to anyone, but especially families. It’s super friendly and accomodating to all age groups. "

We had a soaking tub and plenty of hot water They actually supply hand towels and wash cloths in addition to bath towels, something we haven’t had everywhere since being in Vietnam.
