"The property was nice, but definitely not a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star. For some reason the first day after we arrived, they didn't clean the room. After we requested for them to clean the room the day after that, they just made the bed, and changed the towels. However, they didn't replenish the soap, nor the toilet paper, nor did they clean the toilet. The property has a lot of potential, but the staff really needs to get their act together. "

"Disappointed that the roof top bar was closed, for a private event, on the Saturday of our stay. It was something we were looking forward to it and it had been specifically mentioned in a pre arrival e-mail. A warning that it was closed would have been more appropriate."

"Honestly this is the best hotel we have stayed in Europe by far! The view is stunning, room is spacious, clean & comfy. They have the most delicious breakfast buffet with very nice and professional staff. Also need to mention the male front desk staff who did check-out process for us was super friendly and even gave us some water and a jam. Small things make hospitality memorable ;) "

"Overall, it was a very good experience. On a positive note, transportation and amenities are extremely convenient in the area. Ostermundigen train station is literally on your doorstep, so getting around was quick and easy. The Harry's Home Bern-Expo also provide a great incentive providing free local transport for zones 100 and 101 to use bus, train or tram via 'Bern Welcome' app when you check-in. "Situated in an excellent location close to both the train station and the centre of the city, Hotel Elite was a good choice for me. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. There are some aspects of my room that were looking a bit tired. For example, the grout in the bath/shower tiles had signs of mildew and the gauze curtains at the door to the balcony had yellowed with age. "

"We had a great stay at the resort. Right by Lake Thun with great views, good food and drinks, and close to the bus stop to visit nearby towns/stations. The spa pool and sundeck were great to spend time in and not crowded. The room was clean and we were provided a fan at no cost for warmer days. Staff was attentive and polite. We would have liked more smoke-free outdoor areas including dining but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay there again. "

"The room was good. The access to the Aqua Park is a highlight. It's next to a mall so quite convenient if you want to do some shopping. Also not far for the city center, easily accessible by tram."

"Even though I don’t think it was intentional our check-in was a bit off putting. The air conditioning or fan didn’t work, quite stuffy so we had to leave windows open all night. Only one low pillow, found this uncomfortable even though bed comfortable. Carpets quite stained. Breakfast was 27CHF ($46 AUD each) felt this was very expensive. Pleased there was plenty of free parking. Easy walk into town centre."
