"Look! It's a lovely hotel, beautifully positioned, immaculately clean and functional rooms etc. But little thing annoyed me. The check in was poor. After a wait of around 7 minutes, no apology. An then it just seemed an incredibly long process - much longer than most hotels. And with a prepaid booking, and my credit card already scanned, they bizarrely demanded Photo ID.
