This hotel is located in one of the best areas in Malang. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I'm in town. "

First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite. Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE. I FELT UNSAFE. NO INTERNET for few HOURS. NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS. I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL."

"Good modern hotel in convenient location near city centre. Only possible downside is that breakfast has limited range for Western taste. It seems strange the only fresh fruit available pappay, watermelon and melon, but none of the mangos or pineapple on sale on the streets nearby. Roof restaurant has view over city, food OK, option for non smoking is only with questionable live music"
