"Lovely Hotel and the staff were wonderful. We were visiting friend's for the weekend and the hotel was very convenient for us to see them. We chose the hotel because of the location near our friends village, its a great hotel but not somewhere I would choose to stay otherwise as the location meant going everywhere in a car and the surrounding roads were very busy and noisey. "On the River Ouse. Quite away from main town centre and night life. Was perfect for a night away. Room was clean, but hotel buildings dated especially windows, don't open the net curtains, I think they're there to hide the windows!!"
