"The Sheraton in Zurich was a very nice property. The club room was smaller than expected and the club lounge less than expected. I was not impressed by the front desk team at arrival. I needed an extension cord and was told i could puck one up at front desk...no offer to deliver. The restaurant on site was grwat for breakfast with excellent assortment of breakfast choices and the staff were great. Parking was convenient although no handicapped spots designated. "We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel whilst in Zurich. The hotel is located adjacent to the tramline, which takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the main station in the city centre. The staff brilliant, friendly and helped us with information getting to the Lindt factory without having to take an expensive tour. The rooms themselves are unique decorated, clean and the area is safe. I would stay at this hotel again if I was to return to Zurich. "
