"We touched down in Zurich at 8 am after a long 10-hour flight with our two kids, and we couldn’t believe our luck! The hotel was so accommodating – they helped us with an early check-in and didn’t even charge us! I was absolutely relieved and grateful for that. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke an impressive variety of languages, which made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and in a fantastic location. The restaurant had delicious food, and the drinks were refreshing, all served with amazing hospitality. It was such a wonderful experience!"

I appreciate how they have the rollout already made for the kids. There was coffee in the room and water, which is always nice. It’s conveniently located right off the tram so it was super easy to get to and from the airport. Staff was nice and helpful. Walked to a restaurant for dinner."
