"Enjoyed a very nice stay at Kings Hotel First. The room was great and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The property is conveniently located, close to get to from the central train station with lots of eating and shopping options close by. Will book again on my next trip to Munchen!"

"Close to bus station and the sites around Marianplatz. The hotel was clean, the showers were awesome, and the buffet breakfast had a lot of options that were well prepared. A little caution would go a long way in the general vicinity of the hotel. It didn't seem unsafe, but there were some questionable characters around at night. "

"Great location. Room was nice but construction started early. First morning 715 am. Second morning at 730. Lots of pounding and drilling noise. Also our room and friends room was very warm. Not good air conditioning. Has to order a fan from front desk. Pillows were flat. Asked for more pillows and for two more flat ones. lol. Hotel is in the best area indeed. Getting there by cab was difficult because of all the construction. In regards the the noise I didn’t want to complain but upon check out...

"The hotel was nice, clean, and convenient. Our only criticisms were the pillows were not comfortable, and there were no wash cloths in the shower. We did not have breakfast included in our price. We did go down one morning to get a quick bite, but were surprised at the cost as it was a buffet, so we didn't go. But they were kind and gave us a cup of coffee."

"Good hotel. Reception was very friendly. Saber was very helpful. Room is comfortable and clean. There was a lot of construction around and the areas seemed not easy to navigate then. It could be just a temporary issue. "

"The place is a great hotel but after a much exhausting travel day, I didn't arrive until 730pm and was informated the room STILL wasn't ready. Not a good thing ...especially 3hrs after normal check-in time. I find this unacceptable and the only thing that was given to me was a free drink voucher. "

"Great stay, the beds were nice, sort of like memory foam. The lobby was nice, the sandwich was excellent, foosball table was fun though only of moderate quality and with some broken pieces. The gym was functional, some free weights, a machine, and a number of exercise bikes. Everything was clean, housecleaning did a great job, loved the hotel overall and enjoyed the convenience of the location."

"Decent hotel but housekeeping sucked. Don’t like people in my room around my stuff, so I change towels, and get extras, from housekeeping in the hallway, (and tipped) and left the DnD sign on the door. Come back, room had been fine, they removed the extra clean towels, etc etc. probably “just following orders”"
