"What a beautiful place to stay!! Right on the beautiful lake and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. Also 5 minutes from Interlaken West which you walk along a quiet road to get to the hotel - very nice since the town itself can be busy. "Clean, beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. Needed to ask staff for an HDMI cable as they didn’t have smart TVs (a little disappointing). Had no control over the temperature of the room, was told in the winter they set the entire hotel to a certain temperature so we found ourselves opening the windows at night to our dismay. Otherwise, pool area , gym and rooms themselves were lovely. Walking distance to town, shopping, laundromat, train stations and a lovely 3 mile walk around the lake. "

"Great hotel located in a central area in Bern. About a 5 minute walk to the train station. Rooms are small but doable, especially for a night or two. Coffee and tea are free in the lobby. You can also purchase a glass of wine or make any drink available for an extra fee. Right next to an amazing coffee shop with fantastic muffins. Also 7 minutes away from a cool cocktail bar called Department 66. Would stay again! "

"This quaint hotel was perfect and charming. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. It’s a little off the beaten path so if you’re looking for a getaway from the tourists areas, this is a perfect quiet spot with amazing views. Because you are higher up on the mountain, the sun shines brightly on this hotel. I visited some of the other hotels nearby and doing the staff to be quite rude. Would definitely recommend this hotel over others in the area. "
