"Fantastic property. Rooms for each of us were without fault. Staff was exceptional at front desk—woman whose name starts with Ka??? Restaurant staff went over the top for us with a surprise slice of cake and we celebrated a birthday!! The staff who did this were: Manesh, Zoi and Namrata. We will book this hotel again. "

"Nice hotel as far as appearance, room design and mattress comfort. The problems: No reasonably good English speakers on staff. The basic amenities which Western travelers expect to find in their hotel room, such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, clean shower, garbage pail, etc., where not provided. No food onsite.
