The hotel has a very nice pool and hot tub, but you must wear a swim cap in the pool. "Location of hotel is easily accessible, yet not too noisy. Wangfujing is within walking distance. Room is kind of small, not much space to place luggage especially if your luggage is big (25inch). Overall cleanliness is acceptable, but do note that the room consistently has smoking smell even for non-smoking room. Room features (e.g. lighting) can be AI controlled, which adds some form of convenience if you speak Mandarin. Still a good choice is you're looking for a hotel based on good location."

"Convenient location. Near malls and near the Beijing subway. This is my 3rd time staying at Crown Plaza Zhongguancun. The staff are polite and converse well in English. Hotel isn’t modern but is decent in its amenities. Great gym and overall happy with my stay. Pillow can be a little bit more fluffed up. I found it a little flat. "
