"The room was spacious, a bit dated but the bathroom was exactly as the pictured showed - luxurious! The balcony on the waterfront is so pretty although there is not much of a view of the city. The staff are so polite and accommodating. The breakfast was one of my favourites! And the Saigon restaurant staff and staff at the Italian restaurant treated you like kings and queens, thank you to the lovely staff who served us."

"Such a great place when I arrived in Vietnam that I stayed again on my way out. Very clean. Everything looks new and is in good working order. Highly recommend. Nice breakfast. Free shuttle. Wish there was more dining options in the neighborhood but I enjoyed walking around and visiting with all the friendly neighbors."

"Bedsheets were not changed. Don't auto refill the stuff in the fridge. No Bathmats. Once service taken, you will be charged. Even though that service is a normal part of any hotels process. Food restaurants doesn't have marks to differentiate between vegetarian/ Non vegetarian. Looks like they are just they're for pulling out the money out of customer's pocket. "

"It was super convenient. I landed and got through customs around 3am. It was nice being able to walk the sleep pod immediately after. The bed was big enough for me (i'm 6'1 and weigh 220lbs). The staff was super friendly. My only complaint was about the construction going on. It became very loud very early in the morning. Felt like my room was shaking from all the banging, so didn't get the best sleep. I wish the hotel disclosed that in advance, but I'd still recommend this place if you're...
